Deepwaters Offshore and Energy Consultants Limited (DOECL) was established in 2012 as a one stop Maritime and Offshore centre to provide value added service and quality oil and gas services to the Nigeria and International maritime and offshore (oil & gas) industries. We provide a wide range of services to the private sector, public sector andinternational clients.

DOECL engineers and surveyors will work closely with the designers, owners and the shipyards to verify conformance with the IACS member Rules and applicable regulatory standards. Our approaches to projects execution provides our clients with consistent and effective administration of complex, multinational offshore projects using Class Rules for Building and Classing Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU Rules).

Our office is staffed with chartered engineers, offshore / marine surveyors and highly competent professionals in their various disciplines, with combined experience of over ninety years, with deep knowledge of the International and local terrain. Our competent engineers work closely, providing professional solutions to our clients according to their needs and challenges with rapid and effective communication to deliver our promise.

Our engineers are up to date with National and International regulations in the Power generation, Maritime and Offshore industry. Our resources and experience gives us the capacity to deal with each project promptly and within budget.
